Job Summary

The Sales FS team is looking for a Senior Management Trainee with strong leadership and management skills, who can bring out the best in a talented and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be aligned to the Strategic Initiatives Office for the HCL Financial Services Vertical. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Growth Initiatives

• Research and analyze industry trends, competitor analysis, and benchmark performance to shape the HCLTech Financial Services strategy.
• Work on mergers and acquisitions, researching the market and presenting findings and suggestions for M&A prospects for the business.
• Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.
• Aid in initiating and implementing action plans for due diligence and in formulating preferred routes of approach.
• Help coordinate business-wide procedures and improve existing processes for greater clarity, efficiency, and success.

Planning and Budgeting

• Drive the Annual Growth Plan and budgeting exercise.
• Act as an advisor to the entire FS senior management team during business planning.
• Take part in regular meetings with the executive management team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.

Performance Management

• Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the FS President to support efficient decision making.
• Prepare quarterly and other periodic reports for sales leaders highlighting unit performance and the progress of business strategy execution.
• Supervise business operations and day-to-day responsibilities for projects and tasks, ensuring the business plan is executed within budget and deadlines.
• Understand the sales funnel and develop ideas, analytics, and statistical models to improve forecast accuracy for order book creation and revenue generation.
