The Business Solutions Group team is looking for a Senior Management Trainee with strong leadership and management skills to guide a talented, high-performing team. You will win deals and help HCL Financial Services become the preferred partner for clients globally. The role involves working with clients onsite to consultatively design the optimal solution.
This role is a launchpad for a Global Sales Manager (US, Europe) or Business Consultant position after you ramp up on solutions capability.
