Job Summary
The Project Executive in Support & Operations helps ensure projects are delivered successfully and maintained well. The role centers on developing and implementing code solutions, handling client requests, and documenting processes, while meeting time, quality, and cost standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project-specific code using DMO methodologies so delivery meets quality and timeline standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing projects by finding and resolving technical issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Work with clients to understand and implement new feature requests, keeping them aligned with project goals and requirements.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for project processes and code changes, ensuring clarity and compliance with standards.
Skill Requirements
- Basic understanding of project management principles and DMO methodologies.
- Familiarity with coding practices and standards used in project execution.
- Basic knowledge of documentation tools and techniques.
Other Requirements
Optional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are valued.
