Job Summary

HCLTech is looking for a diligent, enthusiastic fresher to join the team as an RCM Customer Service Executive (Voice, Semi Voice or Non Voice). The role involves working closely with healthcare providers to make sure claims are reimbursed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be willing to work US shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments.
• Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Conduct pre and post call analysis and documentation, and take the right actions to resolve tasks on first contact.
• Update account-wise customer interactions daily.
• Achieve critical performance targets.
• Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines.
• Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools.
• Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.
