Job Summary

This role supports the development of tailored solutions and proposals for potential clients, contributing to the sales cycle with technical and business knowledge. The position works with sales teams to analyze client requirements, prepare documentation, and demonstrate product capabilities, helping the organization win new business and deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze customer requirements using solution assessment frameworks and translate them into technical specifications using CRM and proposal management tools.
2. Develop solution presentations and technical documentation using PowerPoint and Word, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
3. Support the configuration and demonstration of product features on relevant platforms, addressing customer queries and showing solution fit.
4. Collaborate within the presales team to gather data, prepare responses for RFPs/RFIs, and help create competitive proposal documents.
5. Maintain and update presales knowledge repositories using SharePoint or similar systems so solutioning information stays current.
