Job Summary
The Support Operations Engineer develops and delivers high-quality code and solutions within the Support & Operations team. The role uses tools such as Power BI and PowerShell to improve operational efficiency and handle client requests, keeping projects on schedule, within quality standards and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop code and scripts using PowerShell and Python to automate operational tasks and improve system performance.
- Maintain existing Power BI dashboards and reports, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and implement new Power BI features that improve usability and functionality.
- Document code, processes and system configurations to support knowledge transfer and compliance with best practices.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for task automation.
- Familiarity with Python programming for data manipulation and automation.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data integrity principles.
Other Requirements
Optional but valuable: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
