Job Summary

The Business Solutions Group team is looking for an early career Global Engagement Manager with strong leadership and management skills to bring out the best in a talented, high-performing team. You will win deals and help HCL Financial Services become the preferred partner for clients globally. The role involves working with clients onsite to consultatively design the optimal solution.

This role is a launchpad for a Global Sales Manager (US, Europe) or Business Consultant role after you ramp up on solutions capability.
