Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Trainees to join our team in Chennai, India. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in fintech technology and software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training programs and workshops to build job-specific skills.
- Understand and apply the software development life cycle in project work.
- Pursue IT certifications to enhance technical knowledge.
- Write and debug code in multiple programming languages.
- Use Microsoft Office applications at an advanced level, including Project.
- Assist in testing, maintenance, and upgrades of software solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior engineers.
- Monitor production systems and email alerts during deployments.
- Identify and report errors in job executions to the Support & Operations team.
- Create and execute detailed test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Provide rotational weekend support for production systems.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience (Freshers welcome).
- Eligible batches: 2024 and 2025 graduates.
