The Software Integration Team ensures seamless collaboration between diverse software systems, platforms, and applications within the organization. Their mission is to integrate technologies effectively to enable smooth communication between systems and meet business objectives.
About the Role
As an Associate Software Engineer - Merchant Integration, you will support merchants by diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving technical issues promptly. You will identify root causes of product defects and collaborate with developers to implement quick resolutions. This role requires motivation, self-learning, and a passion for solving complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, merchants, and internal teams to address pre/post-integration issues.
- Resolve technical queries related to payment APIs, plugins, and transactions.
- Communicate technical issues effectively to merchants and internal departments.
- Provide Level 1 support with product knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Enhance merchant experience by resolving technical problems efficiently.
- Analyze logs to identify trends and escalate issues to the product team.
Requirements
- Preferred batches: 2024/2025 (B.Tech/B.E in CS/IT).
- Ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and product understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of web development in Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, VB.NET, PHP, or Python is an advantage.
- Any Bachelor's degree (technical preferred).
