Description

GlobalLogic is seeking motivated, intelligent, and diligent individuals to join as Associate Analysts. This role involves labeling and annotating data for the development of AI and machine learning models. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior data annotation experience is necessary. This position offers an ideal opportunity to advance in the AI/ML industry for candidates with a solid grasp of fundamental computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office suites.

Job Responsibilities

• Manually label data points, including text, audio, video, and images, following specified guidelines and instructions.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of labeled data by adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• Operate effectively under supervision, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
• Utilize strong written and verbal communication abilities to understand directives and task instructions.
• Possess strong reading ability to decode or interpret written content.
• Demonstrate writing ability to describe pictures, videos, or audio clips using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and sentence structure.
• Exhibit listening ability to accurately receive and interpret audio messages.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold data quality standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortably handle complex and large-scale datasets.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot annotation challenges.
• A strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data processing will be beneficial.
• Possess basic knowledge of computer operations, familiarity with MS Office / Google Suite, and the ability to quickly learn new annotation tools and software.
• Be open to assisting in gathering non-personal data for various AI model development, such as audio clips, images, video clips, and images of receipts, books, buildings, roads, and different types of vehicles.
