Role Overview

GlobalLogic is seeking passionate fresh graduates to join its Maps team. The role focuses on supporting the development and maintenance of high quality navigation and mapping solutions. Team members gain exposure to multiple mapping layers and services while working in a fast paced and evolving environment.

Requirements

• Any fresh graduate with strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and solve problems creatively.
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and comfort using computers for troubleshooting and high-volume tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and maintain a solution-focused approach while delivering quality outcomes.
• Must hold any graduation degree and provide a Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo.
• Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts (5 working days with 2 days off).
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Use internal tools for data extraction, analysis, and validation across mapping layers and end-to-end processes.
• Contribute to Local Geometry (LG), Important Roads (IR), and Intersections & Highways (IS) mapping while supporting navigation and search services.
• Troubleshoot issues using computer and internet tools, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with service level agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders and management.
• Apply a solution-oriented approach to problem solving while handling high-volume tasks with accuracy.
• Remain flexible with shifts, accept feedback, and maintain strong focus on data quality and project outcomes.
