Key Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation within aerospace processes including manufacturing engineering, product development, purchasing, logistics, and quality
• Conceptualize, develop, and implement digital solutions using technologies like AI, ML, Data Analytics, and Machine Vision
• Engage in real-time projects and initiatives such as Industry 4.0 and Lean Operating Model
• Collaborate with internal teams and build strong cross-functional relationships
• Participate in structured development, mentorship programs, and training modules
• Progressively take ownership of project modules under guidance from mentors and managers
• Align personal goals with organizational strategy and contribute to operational success
