Job Description

• Perform procurement related tasks as per the Standard Operating Procedure documents approved by the client.
• Execute day to day transactional procurement processes, including vendor management, competitive bidding and request for quotation, PO fulfillment (requisition and PO creation, delivery and order confirmation, query management), AP issue resolution, PIR creation and maintenance, supporting sourcing activities and requests, contract maintenance, catalog management, and translation of business communications into the local language.
• Act as the contact person for business stakeholders, vendors and internal operational teams to resolve basic issues with purchase orders, requisitions, invoices and payments.
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties.
• Support process improvements and the implementation or standardization of new tools and scope.
• Meet or exceed all SLAs with the utmost integrity, in compliance with SOPs and client policies.
