Job Description
As a Specialist in Employee Lifecycle Management, you will oversee all aspects of employee relationships within the organization, from recruitment to offboarding. This role ensures compliance with policies and fosters a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee orientation programs and training initiatives to support smooth integration and development.
- Support employee performance evaluations and feedback processes by maintaining documentation and tracking timelines.
- Administer HR policies and procedures related to benefits, leave management, and employee relations, ensuring accurate execution.
- Oversee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing separation documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and security in line with organizational standards.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to support compliance across all aspects of employee lifecycle management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
Certifications
Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
