Genpact Hiring Specialist F&A AP in Hyderabad | ₹4 LPA

Role Overview

Genpact is looking for a Specialist for its F&A Accounts Payable (AP 4A) team. The role is based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement and a night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data to maintain accounts payable records.
• Process invoices with and without purchase orders (PO / Non-PO).
• Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval.
• Ensure the quality of AP processes and handle all non-compliant and non-standard processes within the country.
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices, including discounts where applicable.
• Check vendor files for previous payments, assign voucher numbers, and prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amount, and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement AP improvements.
• Handle vendor reconciliation, manage the vendor payment cycle, perform GRIR reconciliations, and manage vendor advances.
