Job Description
GE Vernova is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees to join its Onshore Wind business in the Renewable Energy segment. This role provides fresh engineering graduates an opportunity to learn, execute, and grow within a high-performance manufacturing environment. You will be exposed to end-to-end processes in blade manufacturing, including design, production, quality, and supply chain.
This is a learning-focused position with project-based responsibilities, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to help you build business acumen, technical proficiency, and leadership qualities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn the complete blade manufacturing process from design to delivery
- Undertake improvement projects in key areas such as:
- Supply Chain
- Material Sourcing
- Manpower Management
- Productivity Enhancement
- Lean Project Implementation
- Quality Control
- Cost Optimization and Profitability
- Apply conceptual knowledge of SQPCDM (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery, Morale) within manufacturing
- Use educational and past experience to understand team contributions to business objectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using established procedures; escalate complex cases as needed
- Collaborate with various business units to communicate project needs, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in multiple projects to build leadership, business, and technical capabilities
- Prepare regular project reports and present to mentors and leadership teams
- Work in teams or under supervision of Assignment Managers
Education Requirement
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from an accredited university or college
Batch Eligibility
- Graduates from 2024 and 2025 batches
