Position Overview
Flex is hiring an Associate Software Engineer - IT to join its technology team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing Flex’s IT operations through a combination of technical, functional, and administrative support. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth system administration and governance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to gather business requirements and resolve issues using best practices
• Analyze problems, identify root causes, implement fixes, and communicate solutions
• Address daily system issues and provide user support
• Manage system administration tasks to ensure secure, uninterrupted IT operations
• Adhere to global support standards and operational guidelines
