Job Summary

We are looking to add an Analyst for Accounts Receivable to our team in Chennai, supporting teams that build great products and contribute to our growth.

What a typical day looks like

• Ensure invoices for shipments and services are generated and submitted on time.
• Identify and resolve customer disputes early by initiating the right actions.
• Contact customers by email and phone to confirm receipt of shipments and invoices, upcoming payment dates, and invoices due for payment.
• Join calls with customers, program managers, and site finance teams as required.
• Ensure funds credited to the Flex bank account are accounted for in a timely manner.
• Prepare weekly AR reports and update them, and complete AR/GL reconciliations.
• Support Corporate Treasury with accurate cash flow forecasts.
• Complete month-end accounting activities according to the corporate calendar.
• Meet weekly targets on key process indicators set for the business.
• Support audit requirements for your assigned function.
• Work with the Collections team and business teams to address collections and overdue bills.
• Engage with management and business stakeholders to resolve payment delays and take corrective action.
• Support customer transitions and integrations across different sites.
• Help train the team on the collection process.
• Resolve disputes and resend missing invoices where needed.
