Flex Hiring Junior Financial Analyst Cost Accounting (Chennai) | ₹3 LPA

Job Summary

Flex is looking to add a Junior Financial Analyst (Cost Accounting Solutions) to its team in Chennai. The role supports teams that build products and grow the business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Carry out the defined cost accounting activities
• Follow the corporate policy and track key cost accounting metrics
• Deliver time-saving and cost-reducing improvements through pocket kaizens and process improvements
• Work with the operations team and follow up regularly on reasons for metric non-conformances
• Post month-end journal entries for accruals and reclassifications in the ERP
• Prepare and maintain SOPs in line with the latest processes and document them in the DMS
• Learn the role and serve as a backup for the cost accountant

What We Are Looking For

• Basic knowledge of MS applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• A good team player with analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills in daily work
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to interpret accounting policies
