Information Security Analyst

FIS is seeking an Information Security Analyst to support risk and compliance initiatives within the organization. The role involves working on security controls, assurance activities, audit support, and stakeholder coordination across business functions.

About the Team

The System and Organization Controls (SOC) team manages internal control reporting for products and services delivered by FIS. The team works on SSAE-based assessments, product and solution reports, and General Computing Controls (GCC) audits for strategic environments and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Create communications and presentations for leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Support project management activities across information security domains.
• Develop cross-functional relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Assist with influence, prioritization, and coordination activities.
• Build understanding of controls, assurance processes, and testing methods.
• Use cloud-based audit and workflow management tools for daily operations.
• Gain knowledge of FIS corporate infrastructure, leveraged infrastructure, and line of business operations relevant to audit and assurance requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic IT general controls.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to project management and information security functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
