Job Overview

The Claims Examiner is responsible for reviewing multiple documents and contracts to determine whether a claim should be approved or denied based on client requirements. The role also involves routing claims to the appropriate department or requesting additional information from providers or members whenever required for claim adjudication.

All claims must be processed within the defined turnaround time while maintaining the expected quality standards and service level agreements.

Qualification Requirements

Graduation in Arts & Science or Diploma (3 years) from any discipline without arrears. Candidates with BE/B.Tech or Master's degrees are not eligible.
