About the Role
Deloitte's Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team is seeking a Financial Crime Investigator - Junior Analyst for a Fixed Term Hire (FTH) position. This role involves supporting clients in navigating complex regulatory environments, mitigating risks, and enhancing organizational resilience through advanced data, AI, and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct transaction monitoring, lookbacks, and investigations.
- Perform AML/KYC reviews, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
- Review Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and sanctions screening alerts.
- Assist in AML independent testing and risk assessments.
- Participate in fraud review processes.
- Analyze complex entity documentation and annual reports.
- Apply knowledge of US and Non-US AML regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in banking or financial services operations.
- Strong research and investigative capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Education
Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, BA, BBM or equivalent from an accredited university.
Location
Opportunities available in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
