About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Corporate Strategy team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This hybrid role requires working from the HPE office approximately two days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis for a specific function or business unit.
- Extract and analyze financial data to support recommendations.
- Address and resolve financial business issues.
- Deliver analytics to support business initiatives.
- Develop a working knowledge of HPE’s financial processes and business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0+ years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Proficiency in business applications such as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
