About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Corporate Strategy team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This hybrid role requires working from the HPE office approximately two days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis for a specific function or business unit.
• Extract and analyze financial data to support recommendations.
• Address and resolve financial business issues.
• Deliver analytics to support business initiatives.
• Develop a working knowledge of HPE’s financial processes and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0+ years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Proficiency in business applications such as Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
