Job Summary

This role supports financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results. You will identify and research variances to plans and provide recommendations to key stakeholders. The role also involves budgeting and forecasting processes while ensuring reporting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction and diagnosis of financial drivers, leveraging analytics to make recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific functions or business units, providing valuable analytics for key business initiatives.
• Provide inputs for monthly review of expenses and capital for budgeting and forecasting, analyzing variances with operational insight.
• Interpret financial reports including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the organization's financial processes and gain proficient knowledge of the company's operations.
• Support business by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends, and developing financial forecasts aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies, maintaining integrity of external and internal reporting.
• Apply foundational principles and contribute to projects through research and data analysis, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.
• Support priority projects with direction, maintaining stakeholder relationships and sharing information via standardized reports.

Education & Experience

Four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience. Typically 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
