About the Role
As a Finance Analyst at Barclays, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organisation's financial capabilities. This position involves working across functional design, data management, process and controls, delivery, and functional testing. Your contributions will directly support the financial strategy, operational efficiency, and compliance of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse options and recommend solutions that align with best practices.
- Data Analysis & Governance: Develop conceptual data models and ensure adherence to governance standards and principles.
- Process & Controls: Design and document target processes, controls, and operational runbooks to align with organisational models.
- Delivery Support: Maintain updated design and functional requirements, manage RAIDS, and oversee change programme projects with minimal technology investment.
- Functional Testing: Create scripts and data sets to validate requirements before user testing cycles.

- Deliver tasks on time and to a high standard, driving continuous improvement.
- Possess deep technical knowledge in finance and related tools.
- Supervise and guide team members, fostering their professional growth.
