Meet the Team

As a Facilities Assistant Trainee, you will work closely with the Workplace Resources (WPR) team. This group manages both the physical and digital work environments across Cisco offices, focusing on inclusive, sustainable, and efficient workspaces.

The team supports facilities management, real estate strategy, logistics, mailroom and shipping operations, along with services that improve the employee experience such as cafeteria and transportation services.

Your Impact

• Receive training on administrative activities including badge issuance and coordination with employees.
• Assist with maintaining reception areas, conference rooms, cafés, and other shared office spaces.
• Respond to employee or client inquiries and address concerns when required.
• Learn to create work orders in internal tools and coordinate requests for building and housekeeping services.
• Support the upkeep of common area equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with event coordination tasks such as arranging guest transportation, preparing signage and displays, managing printing needs, and coordinating security or special requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed a 3 year non engineering degree such as B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, BHM or similar.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026 and possess a provisional degree certificate.
• Available for a 12 month apprenticeship beginning in September 2026.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Registered as a student on the NATS portal and holding a valid student enrollment number.
