Reports to AM: Ensure the process transactions are processed as per said timelines. Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met. Provide relevant process reports on a daily basis. Ensure adherence to defined production plan. Ensure adherence to Company Policies & Procedures. Ensure that the quality of the transaction processed is in compliance with predefined parameters.
