About the Role

As an Engineer Verification at Infineon Technologies, you will work closely with silicon validation and characterization teams to understand requirements, develop automation suites, and perform FPGA and silicon validation. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to cutting-edge semiconductor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with silicon validation and characterization teams to gather requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test lists and automation suites, including software and firmware for silicon testing.
  • Perform FPGA (pre-silicon) and silicon validation, debugging alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Automate bench test equipment using Python and LabVIEW to support validation and characterization.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams when acting as program manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience with microcontroller and SoC products.
  • Experience in bench characterization with analog, digital, and mixed-signal IPs.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as SMUs, DMMs, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
  • Proficiency in C, Python, and LabVIEW (LabVIEW knowledge is a plus).
  • Good understanding of regulators and reference measurements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
