The Semiconductor Products and Customers (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds and sells KLA's product portfolio to help chip manufacturers meet high-quality standards to enable technologies like AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Our inspection, metrology, and analytics systems detect and monitor defects across logic and memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. We also develop technologies for specialty processes, IC substrates, and PCB manufacturing, including etch and deposition, component inspection, and imaging and analytics.

Operating globally, the Application Team partners closely with engineering, product development, and customer-facing teams to deliver best-in-class support and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, providing guidance on PCB application best practices and ensuring successful implementation.
• Product Demonstration & Validation: Showcase product capabilities and performance at customer sites and internal facilities, demonstrating technical advantages over competing solutions.
• Feedback Integration: Capture and analyze customer feedback to influence product development and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and software teams to align product features with customer requirements and emerging market trends.
• Application Development Leadership: Lead initiatives to develop new use cases, optimize workflows, and enhance customer experience through innovative application strategies.
• Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor critical projects in real time, providing timely updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Next-Generation Solutions: Contribute to the development and characterization of advanced PCB technologies and ICS, ensuring readiness for future market demands.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
