Responsibilities

As an Apprentice in the Enterprise Architecture (EntArch) team, you will play a key support role in shaping the organization’s technology standards and strategy. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to enterprise-scale technology management practices.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in research and analysis of emerging technology trends to guide the development of new technology standards
• Collaborating with team members to document procedures, business requirements, and best practices
• Supporting the development, testing, and refinement of internal processes in alignment with technology standards
• Maintaining detailed records of project updates, technical specifications, and meeting documentation
• Participating in cross-functional meetings to ensure standards align with broader business strategies
• Contributing to reports, presentations, and communication materials shared with stakeholders

• Good verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Technical Skills Required: Agile methodologies, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, documentation, communication, research and analysis
