Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements in assigned functional and technical areas.
- Collaborate with business process teams and technical stakeholders to design and build effective technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and implement application objects.
- Document detailed design specifications and workflows.
- Begin learning issue resolution practices and participate in system/application troubleshooting.
- Understand how business requirements are translated into technical and functional designs aligned with Dow’s architecture standards.
- Develop applications, APIs, data models, and system integrations that are scalable and maintainable.
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (required or in final year).
Technical Skills Required
SDLC, System Design Principles, Application Development, API Integration, Data Modeling, Communication Skills
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate or final-year student in an IT discipline.
- Foundational knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system architecture.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to impactful technical solutions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document and test applications effectively.
