Role Overview
The Developer L1 role involves designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at client locations, ensuring they meet strict quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product and software requirements, collaborating with functional teams and analysts.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas and perform root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and availability.
- Convert client requirements into feasible designs.
- Perform coding, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
- Modify software for error correction, hardware adaptation, and performance enhancements.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and maintain clear code descriptions.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering staff to meet specifications.
- Ensure timely reporting and maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
