Role Description

This role is part of the Trade Finance Operations team that manages products such as Letter of Credit, Collections, and Bank Guarantees. The function offers exposure to multiple trade finance processes and provides opportunities to build knowledge across different operational areas.

Team members receive structured training from subject matter experts to understand the products, operational workflows, and industry practices associated with trade finance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily processing of trade operations including Collections, Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees within the delivery hub, ensuring customer service levels are met and outstanding transactions are reviewed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational manuals, and regulatory or audit requirements.
• Work closely with branch operations and sales teams to maintain effective collaboration and service delivery.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of trade finance rules and guidelines issued by the International Chamber of Commerce, including ICC, UCP, and URC.
• Awareness of legal, credit, and operational risks related to trade finance products and services.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in late night shifts when required.
