Job Description

The People Experience and Sustainable Culture (PESC) Business Analyst supports initiatives that enhance employee experience and advance Deutsche Bank’s Global Hausbank strategy. The global PESC team works across five focus areas: Inclusion, Well-being, Culture, Future of Work, and ESG.

In this role, you will apply people analytics expertise to deliver data-driven insights that support the PESC strategy. The position partners with pillar leads, including the APAC and MEA Inclusion lead, and contributes to projects and local diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Global PESC Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Perform statistical analysis on people-related data such as hiring, promotions, attrition, compensation, and engagement to identify patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate multiple data sources into clear insights and narratives that guide decision making.
  • Collect, clean, and manage global people data from sources including HRIS systems, employee surveys, and hiring platforms to support internal and external reporting.
  • Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports that provide leadership with visibility into PESC metrics and progress.
  • Analyze results from People and Pulse surveys to identify key themes and insights.

APAC MEA Inclusion Strategy and Execution

  • Provide operational support to the APAC and MEA Inclusion lead, including tracking employee resource group activities, budgets, and progress.
  • Prepare data and insights used in global internal or external communications and materials aligned with the five PESC pillars.
  • Assist with coordination and contributions for benchmarks, awards, and charter submissions.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Comfort working across teams and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Experience interpreting data with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts.
  • Background in people analytics, data analysis, or a quantitative role is beneficial.
  • Experience in corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives is preferred but not mandatory.
