Job Description
The GEM Structuring Associate is part of the structuring team and supports deal execution activities. The role includes reviewing legal documentation, conducting pre-execution research, and assisting with preparation of RFPs and credit memos.

Key Responsibilities
- Support new deal execution by coordinating approvals and working with stakeholders such as CRM, MRM, BLAFC, Legal, and Finance to resolve queries
- Prepare business presentations and assist in credit memo preparation and RFP submissions
- Assist the business team with reviewing legal documents to confirm they reflect the intended commercial and legal terms
- Conduct pre-deal background research to support decision making and approval processes
- Handle day-to-day tasks as required to support business operations
Skills and Experience
- Understanding of financial market fundamentals and related products is preferred
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across different business functions
- Comfort working in a fast changing business environment and managing pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with good interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical thinking and problem solving capability
