Role Description
The role supports individuals, teams, or departments by coordinating administrative activities and ensuring efficient day to day operations.
- Prepare and format documents, research materials, and speeches.
- Handle data entry and maintain document filing systems, both paper and electronic.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Relay messages from internal and external contacts.
- Support smooth daily functioning of the business unit.
- Work closely with administrative staff to maintain effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage travel bookings, expenses, meeting rooms, catering, and conference calls.
- Maintain calendars and dispatch documents through mail or courier.
- Send documents through DocuSign and secure required approvals.
- Coordinate client events including marketing lists, invitations, and mailings.
- Support additional administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Experience
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to deliver work at a high quality level while meeting deadlines.
- Relationship building and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
