About the Role

We are hiring an Associate Operations Specialist to join our team at Deltek. This role is remote and based in India. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support for integrations and automation solutions, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with teams to resolve incidents effectively. Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical assistance for integrations and automation solutions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, automation, and customer integrations
• Manage escalations from customers or other teams with a proactive approach
• Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, process, and security standards
• Collaborate with operations and development teams during issue triage and resolution
• Follow incident management procedures based on severity
• Document incidents accurately and update stakeholders on progress
• Take ownership of reported issues and drive them to resolution

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Understanding of SaaS applications (preferred)
• Knowledge of Basic Networking, SOAP, RESTful API, SQL
• Familiarity with Incident Management and escalation processes
• Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and in a team
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment

Education Requirement

Full-time B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication with minimum 60% aggregate
