Job Summary:
We are seeking a technically skilled Junior Software Developer with strong problem-solving abilities. The candidate will assist in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions while collaborating with a team to build and support software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts both theoretically and practically.
• Collaborate with product management, developers, and designers to conceptualize and develop software applications.
• Analyze project requirements, create workflow charts, and design program logic based on business needs.
• Assess existing business systems and recommend improvements.
• Assist in defining, developing, and documenting software business requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain applications by understanding client needs and analyzing requirements.
• Perform software testing, debugging, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

Technical Skills Required:
OOP Concepts, SDLC, Procedural Programming, Functional Programming, JavaScript, React, HTML5, ASP.Net MVC, C#, CSS, .Net, Docker

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent understanding of workflow technology and process automation best practices.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
• Flexible and eager to learn new technologies.
• Ability to research and resolve software-related issues independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of managing workload and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Must be willing to work 5 days from the office in Mumbai.
• Comfortable with occasional communication via calls or SMS during the hiring process.
• Availability for face-to-face interviews (offline mode) is required.
