About the Role
Stryker is seeking a Data & Analytics Intern to join its Gurugram office in a hybrid work setting. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data integration, transformation, and visualization, while collaborating with a global leader in medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in extracting, transforming, and loading ERP and operational data into a unified data platform.
- Support data integration and transformation activities using Databricks (PySpark/SQL).
- Participate in designing and developing Power BI dashboards for cross-divisional analytics.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Help maintain data documentation, including dictionaries, process flows, and metadata tracking.
- Implement data quality checks, validation scripts, and document data issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes for analytics workflows and dashboards.
- Collaborate using Git for version control and team code management.
- Engage in discussions on data architecture, automation, and dashboard enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively..
