Overview
Customer Service Analyst
This entry-level role supports customer-related activities while working closely with the Customer Service team. The position focuses on resolving client queries and delivering consistent service support to external customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, coordinating with relevant teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and within defined service standards.
- Perform analysis when required to address client needs and concerns.
- Communicate solutions and updates clearly to clients.
- Assess risk when making business decisions while protecting the firm’s reputation and assets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, and escalate or report control issues transparently.
Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience is preferred.
- Background in customer service is beneficial.
- Strong investigative, analytical, and risk awareness capabilities.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and influence change when required.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to consistently deliver high-quality service while building strong client relationships.
Additional Information
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. First, third, and fifth Saturdays are working days.
Preferred Skills: Trade experience, client handling, and communication.
Certification: Graduation required, CDCS certification preferred.
