Job Description
The EIC Management Trainee will support teams and managers in executing strategic consulting assignments across multiple real estate segments. The role involves contributing to research, analysis, and project delivery for consulting mandates.
Key Areas of Work
- Highest and best use studies
- Feasibility studies
- Market research and analysis
- Product and pricing strategy development
- Business plan preparation
- Techno-economic viability assessments
- Government advisory and consumer research
- Location advisory for industrial and occupier clients

What We Are Looking For
- Self-motivated individuals with strong analytical and research abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand client requirements, conceptualize solutions, and deliver consulting assignments efficiently
- Confidence to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerBI, or Python is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel across India for market surveys and stakeholder interactions
