Job Description
The EIC Management Trainee will support teams and managers in the execution of strategic consulting assignments across various real estate advisory areas. The role involves research, analysis, and preparation of insights that contribute to client consulting projects.

- Market research and analysis
- Product and pricing strategy development
- Business plan preparation
- Techno-economic viability studies
- Government advisory and consumer research
- Location advisory for industrial and occupier segments

What We Are Looking For
- Self-motivated individuals with strong analytical and research capabilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand client requirements, conceptualize solutions, and support delivery of consulting assignments
- Confidence to interact with clients when required
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerBI, or Python is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel across India for market surveys and stakeholder interactions
