Job Description
The EIC Management Trainee will support team members and managers in the execution of strategic consulting assignments related to real estate and market advisory. The role involves research, analysis, and preparation of insights to support consulting projects across multiple asset classes.

- Highest and best use studies
- Feasibility studies
- Market research and analysis
- Product and pricing strategy development
- Preparation of business plans
- Techno-economic viability assessments
- Government advisory and consumer research
- Location advisory for industrial and occupier segments

Preferred Profile
- Self-motivated individual with analytical and research capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and contribute to solution conceptualization and project delivery
- Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Power BI, or Python is beneficial but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel across India for market surveys and stakeholder interactions
