Job Description
CSG is looking for Software Development Engineers trained in Mainframe technologies to join our team. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who have completed Mainframe training from a reputed institute.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new features and software functionality under close supervision
- Learn to write and maintain Mainframe Assembler code while adhering to coding standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and code comments
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
- Gain exposure to real-world software development and Mainframe system operations
What We Look For:
- Strong foundation in Mainframe technologies (Assembler, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS)
- Completion of Mainframe training from a reputed institute is mandatory
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced software development environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team
