Cornerstone OnDemand is hiring a Junior Support Specialist to join our Global Customer Support Team. This role involves providing Level 1 technical and functional support to our clients on the Cornerstone product suite. You will communicate with clients primarily via phone, email, and CRM systems (Salesforce), and ensure timely resolution of application-related queries.
As a Frontline Engineer, you are expected to combine customer service excellence with technical proficiency. You’ll be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues, educating clients on product functionality, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalated cases.
