Job Description

This role involves preparing resumes, cover letters, and related career documents for clients using the Naukri FastForward service. The position requires managing client accounts independently, starting from requirement gathering to final approval of the completed document.

You will communicate with professionals from various industries through teleconferencing and email to understand their career background and expectations. A consultative approach is expected while evaluating profiles, suggesting improvements, and resolving client queries.

Client servicing is an important part of this position. Approximately half of the time is spent discussing requirements with clients, while the remaining time is dedicated to writing and refining documents.

Writers must follow defined quality standards including formatting, grammar, content accuracy, and factual correctness to produce clear and error-free documents. The role also involves incorporating appropriate industry terminology while presenting the client's qualifications, experience, and skills.

All deliverables should meet internal service benchmarks, SLAs, and process guidelines to maintain high service standards for customers. Candidates are also expected to consistently work toward fortnightly and monthly performance targets.
