About the Role
Deloitte is seeking a highly motivated Content Services Analyst to join its Knowledge Services - KX Quals, Clients and Dash team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. This role focuses on supporting content acquisition efforts, collaborating with global stakeholders, and ensuring efficient processing of engagement materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the content acquisition pipeline, ensuring timely collection and processing of engagement materials.
- Assist team leads in monitoring content contributions, identifying gaps, and driving targeted outreach strategies.
- Provide both quantitative and qualitative insights into practitioner engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to enhance content acquisition efforts.
- Work closely with Knowledge Managers to align strategies and improve knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Offer data-driven insights and recommendations on content acquisition trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- MBA or Post Graduate in English, Economics, Literature, or Library Sciences.
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong comprehension skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work across cultures in a virtual environment.
- Team-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.
Work Timings
11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with flexibility to stretch during peak periods.
Location
Hyderabad, Telangana and Bangalore, Karnataka.
