Job Description:
As a Confirmation Analyst (Japanese) at NCT, you will be part of the Audit and Balance Confirmation Team, responsible for providing confirmations about customer business relationships on specific dates. This process is continuous throughout the year, with consolidated confirmations dispatched to customers and auditors. The primary goal is to deliver high-quality service, adhering to bank values and beliefs.
Your key responsibilities:
- Generate Balance Position statements by accessing various internal and external applications, primarily using Japanese language.
- Analyze extracted data from applications and accurately enter it into workflow tools.
- Understand and respond to queries received in mailboxes from stakeholders, communicating in Japanese.
- Perform quality checking and 4-eye verification for accuracy.
