Job Summary:
Coherent Corp. is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join its team in Hyderabad. This role involves exploring and integrating open-source and AI-based tools, troubleshooting existing applications, and working both independently and within teams. The intern will gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and contribute to building next-generation platforms used by employees worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Understand requirements and independently explore related technologies
- Integrate open-source and AI-based tools into applications
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues in existing applications
- Work on both existing and new applications, adapting to new technologies
- Collaborate with teams and contribute to development processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge or experience in Angular, JavaScript, MongoDB, HTML, CSS
- Additional experience in NodeJS, FormIO, Docker, Git, and SQL is a plus
- Passion for working with open-source software, frameworks, and tools
- Willingness to evaluate and implement new methodologies to enhance development and user experience
- Previous internship or project experience in application development is beneficial
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
