Operations Full Time Analyst
Operations is a core part of Citi, supporting seamless process execution and using automated solutions to keep global transactions, payments, and trades running efficiently across the business.
What You’ll Do
This two-year program provides an opportunity to build professional and operational expertise while working with teams across Operations.
- Develop analytical and introductory leadership capabilities
- Build a continuous improvement and risk management mindset
- Strengthen collaboration and client-focused behaviors
- Gain discipline and execution excellence
- Learn about the financial services industry and Operations functions
- Work on areas such as operations optimization, data analytics and insights, and digitalization
You will gain hands-on experience supporting processes and services that help businesses deliver better client experiences while reducing risk and improving efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
- Final year university students graduating in 2026
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related disciplines
- Minimum GPA requirement of 4.0 equivalent or above
- No sponsorship requirement for work authorization in the hiring location
